Students’ spiritual, moral, social and cultural development is provided for within the breadth of the curriculum, supplemented through a range of theme days and enrichment activities. Volunteering and community projects take place throughout the year and we have developed close links with the local temple, which shares our site. A recent visit from the team at Wolverhampton Speedway made the press, and volunteers from the DWP and the Co-op have supported the school with projects during the year. We recently took a group of students to the Houses of Parliament and we have signed up for UK Parliament week to support students’ understanding of fundamental British values. Our school is part of a culturally diverse community; students are encouraged to embrace this by celebrating Saints days and festivals, taking part in national charitable events and fundraising.
